Terms of Service

Last updated 15 June 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and FrameBind when you use the service. Please read them — by creating an account or buying credits, you accept them.
The short version.FrameBind turns your prompt or document into an editable PowerPoint. You buy per-deck credits (no subscription, credits never expire). You keep ownership of what you upload and the decks you generate; you're responsible for the content you put in. AI output can be imperfect, so check it before you rely on it. Nothing here removes the consumer rights you have under EU law.

1. Who we are

FrameBind is operated by ALGO Strategy, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) established in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under no. 42079860(“we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@framebind.com.

2. The service

FrameBind generates natively-editable presentation files (.pptx) from a prompt or an uploaded document, using AI. You review and approve a plan before generation and review a draft before delivery. The service is provided on a per-deck basis across three tiers (Standard, Pro, Studio) with different slide limits and features.

3. Your account

4. Credits, prices and payment

5. Your content and rights

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FrameBind to:

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these terms.

7. AI output — important disclaimer

FrameBind uses AI to generate text, layouts, charts, and imagery. AI can make mistakes: facts, figures, citations, and images may be inaccurate, out of date, or inappropriate, and stock or generated images may not fit your topic. You are responsible for reviewing every deck before you use it, and FrameBind does not provide professional, legal, financial, or other advice. The draft-review step is provided so you can catch and correct issues before download.

8. Availability and “as is”

We work to keep FrameBind available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Where the law implies guarantees we cannot exclude (including your mandatory consumer rights), nothing here limits them.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable consumer rights). Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the deck(s) giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content you did not review.

10. Refunds

How refunds and your EU right of withdrawal work is set out in our Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using FrameBind and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. Unused credits remain subject to the Refunds Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use FrameBind after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence. If you're a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. We'd always rather resolve an issue directly first — email contact@framebind.com.
